Welcome to my journey. I grew up in the lush, expansive lands of North Queensland, where my parents and brother worked the land as farmers. This rural upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and the beauty of nature. My path took an unexpected turn when, at the age of 18, I received an Australian Institute of Sport Scholarship for squash. Moving to Brisbane, I had the incredible opportunity to play for Australia, travelling the world and competing at the highest level. The experience taught me not just about sports, but about personal growth, discipline, and how to navigate the world with an open heart.

After retiring from professional squash, I found fulfilment in sharing my passion for the sport with others, becoming a coach. In 2020, my husband, daughter, and I embarked on a coaching tour in Australia. During this time, I began experiencing a profound spiritual awakening—an internal voice guided me, urging me to reconsider my direction in life. Several clairvoyants confirmed what I had been feeling: I was a healer. This revelation led me to study intuitive energy healing in 2021, where I discovered that I am both an empath and an intuitive. I further expanded my knowledge by completing a diploma in intuitive energy healing, embracing a new path that felt deeply aligned with my true calling.

Today, my family and I are proud to call the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales home, having fallen in love with its natural beauty and vibrant community during our travels. The journey from a competitive athlete to an intuitive energy healer has been transformative, and I am excited to continue helping others heal and grow. Every step has been a reminder that sometimes the unexpected detours lead us exactly where we need to be.
