How I Work: My Approach to Intuitive Energy Healing

Every intuitive energy healing session I offer is a sacred space of deep connection, truth, and transformation. Whether you’re sitting in front of me or connecting from the other side of the world, the healing field I open for you is powerful, clear, and lovingly guided by Spirit.

Tuning In Through Spirit

Before I begin any session, I drop into stillness and connect with my higher self, spirit guides, and angelic team. This spiritual alignment opens a divine channel that allows me to work in the highest integrity, purely in service to your healing and soul’s evolution.

Once I’ve created that energetic connection, I ask permission to enter your energy field—respecting your boundaries and honoring the sacredness of your being. When that permission is given, I begin scanning your energy body intuitively.

Reading Your Energy Field

As I tune into your system, I receive a wealth of insight. I may feel areas of heaviness, stagnation, or disconnection. I sense whether your energy is hyperactive—moving too fast for your nervous system—or if there are deep blocks within your chakras. These sensations aren’t random; they’re messages waiting to be understood.

Being an intuitive means I don’t just read energy—I also feel and interpret it. I ask internal questions and listen closely for the answers that arise. Often, the energy points to stored sadness, fear, or confusion rooted in old belief systems—many of which were never yours to carry. Or it may reveal unhealed trauma where forgiveness has not yet been offered to the pain or darkness once experienced.

Why Darkness Is Part of the Journey

I believe we are shown darkness not to punish us, but to awaken the light within us. You are a light being. And sometimes, only when the outside world grows dim can we truly access the infinite love, strength, and power we hold inside. Your soul’s journey is one of remembering. And healing is not about fixing something broken—it’s about returning to the wholeness that has always been there.

The Messages and Visions

During sessions, I often receive visions. These can appear as symbolic images, characters, or scenes that reflect the energy you’re carrying. For example, I once saw a timid little figure hiding in a box within a client’s heart space—afraid to come out. This vision reflected the fear that was surrounding her heart due to past wounds. As we worked together, that heart energy began to feel safe, loved, and seen again—and her joy began to rise.

No two sessions are ever the same because no two souls are the same. Each person I work with holds a unique vibrational blueprint—and it’s my role to help you reconnect with yours.

Layers of Healing

Healing is rarely instant. It happens in layers. We carry years—often lifetimes—of suppressed energy, emotions, and conditioning. These layers need time, compassion, and presence to unwind. Through this process, we restore the free flow of your life-force energy—often referred to as Kundalini—and bring your system into alignment with your soul’s natural vibration.

When energy flows freely, everything changes. You gain access to your intuition, your heart’s wisdom, and your personal power. Confidence, clarity, and peace begin to replace the confusion, heaviness, or fear you may have carried.

Distance Doesn’t Limit Spirit

One of the most beautiful truths about energy work is that it transcends space and time. Whether you’re across the street or across the ocean, the healing energy flows just as strongly. Spirit knows no boundaries.
