Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao is more than just a drink — it’s a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used in ceremony for centuries to deepen connection, expand awareness, and invite clarity.
In my cacao ceremonies, I create a safe, sacred, and welcoming space where you can slow down, release heaviness, and connect — with yourself, with others, and with the spirit of cacao.
Whether it’s your first ceremony or you’ve sat with cacao many times, each gathering offers something unique.
Private Ceremonies
Cacao can also be a beautiful way to mark life’s milestones.

These private sessions are fully tailored to your occasion. Together, we’ll design a ceremony that brings depth, meaning, and heart to your celebration — blending cacao ritual, guided meditation, intention setting, and soundscape support.

What to Expect
A cacao gathering with intention and care can be a deeply nourishing experience. Here’s what typically unfolds:
Opening Circle & Sacred Space
We begin by creating a grounding environment—often arranged in a circle, softly lit, and intentionally prepared to foster emotional safety and shared energy.
Intention Setting
Early in the ceremony, you’ll be guided to reflect on what you’re calling in—clarity, emotional peace, healing, or simply heart-opening. This orients the energy and invites deeper alignment.
Cacao ritual
The cacao—pure, ceremonial-grade—will be prepared with care and intention. As it's shared, you're encouraged to sip with presence, focusing on the warmth, flavor, and the opening of your heart space.
Mindful Practices
The ceremony may include guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, or sound support—tools that help you ground in your body, process emotions, and connect with your own clarity.
Music and soundscapes
sometimes live, sometimes through carefully chosen recorded sound, to support deep reflection and inner journeying.
Reflection & Sharing Circle
At the close, there's space for soft sharing reflections, observations, or emotional expression, anchoring the experience in grounded connection and compassion.
We gather together twice each month to share in this medicine — every second Sunday in Nimbin and every fourth Sunday in Lismore. Each circle is held in a warm and grounded space where everyone is welcome.
These ceremonies are not about doing, but about being sitting in presence, opening the heart, and allowing whatever is ready to be seen and felt to gently rise. Some come to find clarity, some to release, some simply to rest into the energy of community. However you arrive, you will be held in a safe and supportive space, surrounded by music, connection, and the gentle spirit of cacao.
